The SWC are undertaking a programme of work on women's health in Scotland over the coming months.
We want to build a comprehensive overview of a range of issues which impact on women, including breast screening and cancer detection; cervical screening and cancer detection; transvaginal mesh implants; thyroid health and mental health.
The organisation is undertaking roundtable discussions with women throughout the country on these and other important health issues. We are also running an online survey where women can have their say.
This free conference will provide the opportunity for further discussions around key topics. Attendees will hear from keynote speakers, participate in Question and Answer sessions and be able to talk to and network with other women from all over Scotland. Lunch will be provided. Transport and childcare costs may also be available.
If you would like further information please contact Lorna Gilfillan, SWC Policy and Events Coordinator by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 0141 339 4797.
